Bloodsport’s Gravedigger hybrid mechanical broadhead has inspired confidence in bowhunters since its 2011 debut. It flies straight, penetrates deep and cuts wide channels. The Night Fury head is known as the most accurate mechanical available with its penetrating chisel tip and pair of cutting blades.
Bloodsport is now offering Extreme versions of both. On Gravedigger Extreme, the cutting diameter of the fixed blades is extended from 1” to 1.25” and the cutting diameter of the cross-opening, curved mechanical blades goes from 1.75” to 2.25”. Night Fury Extreme increases its overall cutting diameter from 1.875” to 2.25”.
Ideal for both compounds and crossbows, the no-fail Gravedigger Extreme and Night Fury Extreme require no fussing with rubber bands or O-rings. Bloodsport’s blade retention system controls deployment of the mechanical cutting blades inside the target.
A small, threaded set pin controls tension on the expanding blades, giving the hunter full control and adjustability based on arrow velocity and the game being hunted.
Extreme broadheads are sold in packs of three, listing for $39.99. Go online to bloodsportarchery.com.
